Our story began with family recipes passed down through generations. When we outgrew our original Concord location, we knew Charlotte was where we belonged. Now settled in what we lovingly call 'Chantizelwood,' we're proud to serve our neighbors with the same care and quality that built our reputation.

Every croissant, cannoli, and custom wedding cake that leaves our kitchen is made fresh – often the same day you pick it up. That's not just our standard, it's our promise. We're not just bakers; we're your neighbors who happen to make really great Italian pastries.

What started as a passion for quality, scratch-made baking has grown into one of Charlotte’s most beloved bakeries, run entirely by this husband-and-wife duo.

After facing rental challenges in Charlotte, they opened their first shop in Concord, NC - doing it all themselves, from early morning baking to late-night marketing. With no staff and all heart, they built a following on flavor, grit, and authenticity.

Now, with a new Charlotte location secured through a small business loan, they’re still doing what they do best: Serving over 60 handmade items daily Baking everything in-house, the traditional way Staying unapologetically real about their craft.

You might’ve heard they’re “too NY-style” or a little bold, but that’s just part of the flavor. They’re passionate, hands-on, and proudly support local charities, staying rooted in community while pushing back on cookie-cutter expectations.
